What is your Shipping Policy?
We will contact you when your order is ready for pick-up. If you require delivery, arrangements can be made and any freight charges will be advised prior to shipping.
What is your Refunds/Returns Policy?
At Sonya Lighting, we recommend that you choose your products carefully. If you decide to return a product, a refund will be issued less any delivery charges.
Please inspect your product upon receipt, as we cannot take responsibility for any damages that occur after you have received the product. Should your product arrive damaged, please contact us on (08) 9240 8004 or firstname.lastname@example.org and include details of the order number, the damaged product and a description of how the products are damaged. We will then organise either replacement parts to be sent to you or we will arrange for your product to be returned to us for inspection before a replacement is issued. Should you want a refund in lieu of replacements being sent, our standard refund policy will apply.
Any product returned must be in its original condition and packaging. Products that have been installed cannot be returned. We will organise any necessary returns. Please do not post the product back to us.
Can anyone install lighting?
No. A qualified licensed electrician must install all electrical products.
